Vinayak 21 Acres Construction Update: Phase II Piling Work Under Way
Vinayak Group's project page for Vinayak 21 Acres now carries a set of site photographs captioned "Vinayak 21 Acres Phase-II piling work in progress", dated to August 2026. The images show multiple piling rigs operating across the cleared site at Hatishala, off New Town Action Area III. Piling is the deep-foundation stage that precedes raft and superstructure work for high-rise towers.
What the update covers
The photographs are labelled as Phase II work. The developer's brochure lists two WBRERA registrations for the apartments — WBRERA/P/SOU/2026/004147 (Phase I) and WBRERA/P/SOU/2026/004275 (Phase II) — and both date to May 2026 per the developer-site FAQs. Villa Phase I is separately registered under WBRERA/P/SOU/2026/004829.

A construction update is useful context, not a guarantee. The dates that matter contractually are the possession timelines committed under each RERA registration: the developer's indicative possession is March 2032 for apartments and 30 April 2031 for Villa Phase I, in both cases subject to RERA timelines and construction progress. Buyers should confirm which registration covers the specific tower and unit they are booking, and check the registration's status directly on rera.wb.gov.in.
The developer's page does not state which towers fall under the Phase II registration, and this update does not assert that mapping. Ask for it in writing at booking.
